Injection workshop
After adjust formula and mixing materials, we change the mold into injection machine.

When road cones come out from injection machine ,we need to pick up the damage one and clip the trim corners from injection machine.

How To Test a Qualified PVC traffic cone
1.Apparence testing
Test the size ,weight ,apparence .
2.Folding testing
Ensure the cone won’t folding.
3.Plug testing
When cones are stacked on top of each other ,we need to do plug testing ,avoid the road coen are glued together . in this case ,we also can testing out if the cone was cooled enough.
4.High Temperature bear testing
Put the cone into 60℃ temperature testing box for 4 hours ,after take it out ,we will put 4kg iron ball on the top of cone and test if it still strong.
5.Low temperature 3 meter drop testing
Put the cone into -23 ℃ temperature testing box for 6 hours ,after take it out ,we will drop the cone from 3 meter height and test if the cone still keep perfect .
6. Low temperature shock testing
Put the cone into -23 ℃ temperature testing box for 6 hours ,after take it out ,we will through a 4kg ball from a meter of tube to shock the 6 spot of cone base , test the base still maintain good.
7.Crush testing by 150 tons truck
The driver drove a 150-ton truck back and forth into the cone four times.
8.UV protection testing
We use UV resistance testing equipment test the cone sampes for 200 hours ,and the color still keep same as colorimeter.
